Job Description
Summit Investment Advisory Group LLC is a Registered Investment Advisor with offices in Perkasie, Huntingdon Valley and Dublin, PA. We offer financial advisory services, insurance products, and services through our affiliated company, Summit Financial Group.
We are looking for a Client Associate who is responsible, positive, hands‑on, and focused. The role will be the primary point of contact with clients and support office initiatives. Experience in the financial services industry is a definite plus.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate strong leadership and office management skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage others, convey sincere interest in building relationships, and demonstrate a commitment to providing personalized service.
- Develop strong relationships with team members and clients by fostering teamwork, partnership, and collaboration.
- Provide high levels of client services and support by displaying passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.
- Develop, promote, and execute best practices for day‑to‑day office operations.
- Exhibit proven client service skills and resolve problems independently or Escalate as needed to promote client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate initiative, commitment to continuous learning, and ability to adapt to changing demands to grow career.
- Apply strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Communications (a plus).
- Professional or relevant internship experience in finance, banking, and/or insurance (preferred).
- Willingness to obtain Series 65 and Insurance Life/Health licenses.
- Knowledge of investment and banking products, policies, and procedures.
- Strong client service and technical skills (MS Word, MS Excel, and CRM).
- Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail for processing financial documents.
- Knowledge of investment and annuity systems highly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and superior organizational skills with ability to prioritize, monitor, and complete multiple tasks or projects independently or with a team.
