Nick DeMaio State Farm is hiring a sales-dominant Account Manager who lives to close. This is not a passive service role — it’s a production-focused opportunity built for competitive professionals who want their income tied directly to performance.

What You’ll Do- Drive aggressive new business production from warm leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Conduct proactive policy reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Handle objections confidently and ask for the sale
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and hit monthly production goals
- Support client service needs while keeping a strong revenue focus
- Generate referrals and expand the book through relationship building
Active Property & Casualty license required prior to starting
Life & Health license preferred
If not currently licensed, full licensing support and training are provided to help you obtain required credentials quickly
What We’re Looking For- Proven sales producer or highly motivated closer
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Strong persuasion and communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound activity and high-volume sales conversations
- Organized and disciplined in follow-up
- Insurance or financial services sales experience preferred
- Base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses
