- Workacrossallphasesofresidentialconstruction:siteprep,foundation-adjacentcarpentry,framing,exteriortrim,interiortrim,andfinishwork
- Installcabinetry,doors,trim,andotherfinishcarpentrywithprecision
- Readandworkfromarchitecturalplansandspecs
- Coordinatewiththesitesuperintendent/PMandothertradestokeepthejobmoving
- Maintainaclean,safejobsiteinlinewithcompanysafetystandards
- Takeownershipofqualityandcraftsmanshipateverystageofthebuild
- Provenexperienceinresidentialconstruction,spanningbothstructural/fieldworkandfinishcarpentry
- Abilitytoreadblueprintsandworkindependentlyfromplans
- Ownhandandpowertools(listofrequiredtoolsavailableuponrequest)
- Valid driver'slicenseandreliabletransportationtojobsitesin
