Role DescriptionThis is an on-site role of 30-40 hours per week for an Office Administrator, located in Perris, CA. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, assist with implementation of new software, communicating with vendors & team members, and delivering excellent customer service to our clients. The role also involves maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and providing a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining licenses, permits, & records, and organizing office procedures
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities, ensuring professional interactions with clients, vendors, and team members
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications or training are a plus
