Position Summary:
The Accounting / Receptionist is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations while providing professional front desk and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, customer service abilities, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with accounting tasks such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and data entry
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Greet visitors and provide front desk support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Assist with filing, scheduling, and general clerical duties
- Support office operations and team members as needed
- Previous accounting or receptionist experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and office administration
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software preferred
- Professional demeanor and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
