Opportunity
Food production company seeks reliable temporary bilingual Office Administrator to join their team in Perris, CA. The role focuses on policy translation, backlog catch‑up, and organizational support.
Responsibilities- Assist in processing, sorting, and catching up on a backlog of administrative paperwork
- Translate existing company policies from English to Spanish, and draft new policies in both languages
- Update and maintain internal databases to ensure records are current and accurate
- Organize physical and digital files to improve office efficiency and retrieval times
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative assistance to the team as needed
- Maintain bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office or administrative role
- Entry‑level experience acceptable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and data‑entry skills
Pay: $22 per hour.
Hours:
9:30 am – 4:30 pm, approximately 30 hours a week, with some fluctuation based on need.
On‑site, Perris, CA; temporary contract.
