In Perris, we're looking for a Office Coordinator who knows how to get things done with a smile. You'll balance tasks, support the crew, and keep everything running like clockwork. If you're dependable, detail-driven, and love a little fun at work, this one's for you.

What You Bring to the Table.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Receptionist, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with data entry, invoicing, purchase orders, payroll support, or accounting functions preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or operations is a plus.
From Clock In to Clock Out.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, greeting visitors, and coordinating facility access and visitor check-ins.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain Outlook calendars, arrange travel, coordinate conference rooms, catering, and company events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems, office records, directories, and documentation.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, receiving transactions, expense reports, and other administrative accounting functions.
  • Support payroll activities, labor tracking, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure accurate documentation and inventory records.
  • Order office supplies, coordinate facility maintenance requests, and assist with office equipment support and troubleshooting.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
