Position OverviewWe are seeking an organized, proactive, and professional Warehouse Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our facility in Perris, CA.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, filing, procurement, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries; manage phone, email, and mail.
- Lead visitor coordination: schedule tours, prepare agendas, coordinate safety briefings/PPE, and ensure a professional guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records for inventory audits, compliance, and general warehouse documentation.
- Provide administrative and on‑site support for warehouse management at off‑site conferences and trade shows (travel arrangements, booth coordination).
- Assist with HR and finance administration: employee onboarding, training coordination, time‑off tracking, budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Implement office procedures to improve organizational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years in office management or administrative coordination, preferably in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems or office management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and executives.
- Ability to travel domestically (approximately 10%) for industry events.
- Familiarity with industrial health and safety protocols.
- Professional certification in office management or project coordination.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Work both in the office and on the warehouse floor; ability to walk or stand for extended periods is required.
- Ability to work multiple shifts (day, swing, night) or be on‑call depending on operational demands.
- Expenses will be paid via employee credit card and reimbursed bi‑weekly.
Base salary range: $86,240.00 – $ (actual offer may vary).
