Job DescriptionDetails about this position:
- Starting Salary: $65,361 - $132,043 Per year
- Length of School Year: 194 days
- Work Hours:
7:15am - 2:45pm
Summary: Under supervision of the Director of Instructional Services, the Teacher on Special Assignment assists in the development and implementation of the district’s instructional programs; supports and trains academic coaches; develops and presents professional development trainings. The role of Content Expert is a support position and does not include the evaluation of teachers.
Qualifications- Professional Clear Multiple Subject Credential or Life Elementary Credential with an English Learner authorization awarded from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
- Three (3) years successful classroom teaching experience.
- Experience in collaborative planning and delivery of differentiated staff development to classroom practitioners.
- Copy of valid credential

- Two references (one reference must be a supervisor)
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
