About the RoleThis retail inventory associate will serve as a driver, transporting team members to and from inventory events while ensuring safety, accuracy, and adherence to all traffic laws and company policies. The position is suitable for individuals who enjoy structure, working on their feet, and turning focus and stamina into results.

- Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety requirements.
- Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision, using handheld scanners or count tools.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

- Valid driver's license in the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- A minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.
- At least 21 years old to drive a van; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, positive team‑oriented attitude, and a commitment to consistency.
- Access to reliable transportation.
This position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, frequent use of both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, squatting, kneeling, and crouching, use of a ladder, and lifting items up to 25 lbs. The role also involves frequent travel by car and occasional travel by plane, including overnight stays.
