Responsibilities
- Communicate verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, and associates.
- Process and document financial information following money handling procedures.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial data reports.
- Distribute and maintain expense and sales information by preparing and keying journal entries and analyzing reports.
- Maintain accounts handling cash, money, and checking accounts according to compliance procedures; verify contract information before paying bills; key credits and pay back debits to/from vendors; process accounts payable.
- Foster an inclusive workplace and support associates to thrive, perform, and be recognized.
- Build strong, trusting relationships; communicate with impact, energy, and positivity; motivate and influence the team.
- Mentor and develop others, recognizing contributions and accomplishments.

- 6 months experience performing Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities (e.g., filing, data entry) using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).
- 1 year experience performing clerical related responsibilities (e.g., filing, data entry) using computer applications.
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Administrative Assistant, Finance/Accounting.
