Mindful Body & Recovery Program, Perris, CA
Riverside University Health System’s (RUHS), Behavioral Health (BH) department’s Mindful Body and Recovery program is an intensive outpatient program for eating disorders (ED-IOP). The goal of the program is to help consumers with eating disorders gain control of their condition so they can step down to a lower level of care. This position will work with youth between the ages of 12 to 25 years old.
The TAY population will be provided services at the TAY Stepping Stones location in Riverside. The Senior Clinical Therapist will provide clinical supervision to clinical staff, assist the supervisor with the daily operations of the IOP program, carry a small caseload, assist clinical staff in facilitating groups, provide assistance during crisis situations and when appropriate, and provide some presentations out in the community/stakeholders about the Mindful Body and Recovery Program.
This position will work a 9/80 schedule and require driving in the community, school settings, and member s homes to observe/assist staff in the field on days when IOP services is not provided on clinic site.

We are looking for candidates who
- Are Licensed professionals (LCSW or LMFT)
- Have a minimum of two years post-licensure experience
- Have strong computer and organizational skills
- Have supervisory/lead experience
For this recruitment, the position is eligible for a 10% DTR differential that is applied to hours physically worked. At any time, this differential can be removed.

• Provide extensive clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians, within the scope of licensure.
• Monitor fidelity and provide clinical supervision and coaching for evidence based treatment models.
• Develop mental health related training curriculum and conduct training for clinical therapists and other departmental staff.
• Conduct clinical and quality improvement chart audits.
