True Care seeks a registered nurse for the Perris Health Center to deliver patient-centered care in accordance with True Care standards. You will provide triage, health advice, and routine testing, and participate in patient education.
The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in clinic. Qualifications include bilingual English/Spanish, CA RN license, and proficiency with EHRs and MS Office.
