Industrial Mechanic - Anaerobic Digester Operations
Annual opportunity of $27.37 - $34.21
This role supports complex industrial processing operations including a world-class Anaerobic Digestion facility through hands-on maintenance of fixed mechanical and process-support systems. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will work within anaerobic digester facilities to keep critical equipment operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance. This is skilled, technical work in a regulated plant environment supporting renewable energy and advanced recycling.

What You'll Do
* Maintain and repair pumps, motors, conveyors, and mechanical process equipment
* Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and routine plant inspections
* Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and emergency response activities
* Interpret gauges, meters, and basic instrumentation readings
* Work safely within industrial plant environments and follow LOTO and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years of industrial or plant maintenance experience
* Strong mechanical aptitude with rotating and process equipment
* Familiarity with industrial plant environments
* Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds
* Safety-focused, dependable work ethic
Pay & Schedule
* Hourly pay
* Shifts based on plant operational needs
* Extended 10-12 hour shifts may be required
* Overtime and emergency response coverage may be required
