CNC Operator and Programmer

Job Title

Responsibilities:
Must read blueprints and perform shop math to layout and fabricate various parts and assemblies Ability to use handheld measuring tools including a tape measure and calipers Experience with gauging thickness of material Ability to operate multiple machines: shear, uni-punch, CNC rollers, CNC press brakes (Amada, Cincinnati, Niagara) Accurate and efficient set-up of machines in accordance with proper set-up techniques Properly operate machine to run efficiently, produce quality products and maximize machine utilization Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards Responsible for reporting all quality defects Accurately fill out all required paperwork Perform daily housekeeping to ensure the work area is always clean and organized Flexible schedule is required in regard to overtime and start time according to work volume Other duties and responsibilities as required
