Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.25 USD per hour

Target is a place where team members help families discover the joy of everyday life, guided by our values and culture. This role focuses on guest experience, service, and store operations to support fast, friendly, and efficient shopping.

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, assisting with finding items, resolving issues, and ending every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up to make shopping quick and easy while ensuring high quality service.
• Promote and explain benefits, offerings and services; help guests enroll in and sign in to Target Loyalty programs as needed.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering; direct guests to enroll, activate and use these features.
• Scan and bag items accurately and in compliance with safety standards; minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Handle returns or exchanges by following register prompts and partnering with leaders as needed to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services (OPU, Drive-Up, DU Returns) and comply with applicable laws and policies.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times.

• Ability to use handheld scanners and technology; work independently and as part of a team.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.
• Capable of handling merchandise and lifting up to 44 pounds with assistance as needed.
