Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Control access by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials and/or shipments, and documenting visitor, vendor, and driver activity;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, monitor alarms and/or cameras when assigned, and report maintenance, hazards, and/or unusual conditions;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal supervision as needed
