As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Perris, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activity with strong customer service and communication.

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

* Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention.

* Monitor entry and exit activity for associates, visitors, and/or delivery personnel, helping to confirm that site access procedures, vehicle movement guidelines, and visitor requirements are followed.

* Support daily operations by observing truck traffic, reporting damaged gates, doors, fencing, and/or lighting, and communicating security-related concerns that could impact the location.

Minimum Requirements:

* At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* Access control and badge experience is preferred.

* At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

* Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
