The County of Riverside is hiring a Fire Apparatus Technician I for the Fleet Division in Perris. This role involves maintaining and repairing fire apparatus and related equipment both in the field and in-shop.
Qualified candidates will have experience in fire apparatus maintenance and a relevant mechanical certification, such as EVT I. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical failures, servicing engines, and conducting inspections.
A valid California Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License is required within six months of hire.
