Location: Cabazon, CA
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Every shop needs that one person who can fix anything. If that's you, we're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the crew. Steady work, solid pay, and the respect you deserve.
Requirements:
- Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment required
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, electric motors, conveyors, and automated equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the shift
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and preventative maintenance practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives preferred
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete corrective maintenance activities
- Perform machine tear-downs, repairs, and equipment reassembly
- Diagnose and repair PLCs, VFDs, motors, conveyors, and automated equipment
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, retrofits, and special projects
- Identify and implement equipment reliability and process improvement initiatives
- Work with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on maintenance-related activities
- Train and support operators on basic equipment operation and maintenance practices
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status updates
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
