Power Helper

Summary

The Power Helper I with License serves as a working foreman responsible for overseeing and executing the safe and efficient installation of
temporary and permanent power systems
, including power poles and related electrical equipment.

• Supervise and perform electrical installations on-site
• Meet with the superintendent before installation to plan project execution
• Operate a medium-duty truck to transport and deliver power equipment
• Set up power poles, lines, and temporary power systems
• Ensure all materials and tools are loaded, secured, and stocked
• Complete work orders and interact with customers professionally
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and ensure job readiness
• Follow all company safety protocols and industry regulations
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 lbs, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Ensure all work meets company and customer expectations
• Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical installation and theory
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
• Must be reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Pay: From $21.35 per hour
