Traffic & Yard Management:
Physically check all trailers entering or exiting the yard, directing drivers to appropriate locations for drop-offs and pick-ups;
Detailed Documentation:
Log essential data including trailer and seal numbers, tractor and load numbers, and trailer status (full or empty);
Systems Operations:
Dispatch loads into warehouse, transportation, and yard management systems to maintain accurate digital records;
Inventory Auditing:
Perform daily yard checks and reconcile physical counts with yard inventory reports;
Team Coordination:
Plan and communicate trailer movements directly to switchers, dock managers, and transportation planners
