• Reach/Forklift Operator II – Receiving | Monday–Friday | 4:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. | $17.75/hour
• Turret/Reach Operator | Monday–Friday | 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. | $17.75/hour
• EPJ Operator | Monday–Friday | 4:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m. | $18.50/hour
• Reach Truck Operator | Monday–Friday | 4:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m. | $18.75/hour

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate material-handling equipment
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage merchandise
• Pull, pick, and prepare orders for outbound shipment
• Verify that the correct products and quantities are loaded and shipped
• Use RF scanners to support inventory accuracy
• Complete and document required pre-operation equipment inspections
• Assist with physical inventory counts and periodic cycle counts
• Rotate inventory according to company standards
• Report inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, hazards, and incidents
• Maintain accurate documentation to support inventory control and product security
• Follow all established warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• At least six months of forklift operation or warehouse distribution equipment experience required; two or more years preferred
• Relevant equipment experience required for specialized positions
• Reach Truck, Turret, EPJ, or Dock Truck experience strongly preferred for Receiving Department positions
• Must successfully complete a forklift evaluation and certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective customer service and communication skills
• Basic math, Excel, and general computer skills
• Ability to lift or pull between 10 and 50 pounds without restrictions
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours per shift
• Ability to bend, lift, stretch, and reach at or above shoulder level
• Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperatures
• Availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
