** What You'll Do*
* + Operate reach trucks and clamp forklifts safely and efficiently

+ Pick, move, stage, and organize parts according to customer orders

+ Load, unload, and accurately place materials in designated locations

+ Read and follow orders, shipping instructions, and warehouse documentation

+ Manage inbound shipments and maintain accurate inventory records

+ Follow all safety procedures and standard work instructions

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Work closely with team members to meet production and business goals

+ Adapt to schedule changes and perform additional duties as needed

** What You'll Need*
* + Previous experience operating reach trucks and clamp forklifts

+ Current forklift certification required

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Strong communication skills

+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately

+ Availability to work the assigned shift based on business needs

+ Successful completion of an interview and skills assessment
