As a Parts Specialist, you will partner closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure seamless parts availability and accurate inventory management. You’ll be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, overseeing the end‑to‑end ordering process, and ensuring all parts are received, tracked, and recorded correctly. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime by monitoring inventory usage, ensuring accuracy, and proactively reporting inventory levels and consumption trends.

• Accurately manage inventory, which includes cycle counting and making necessary adjustments.
• Update and set minimum and maximum parts levels.
• Ensure that bins and parts are labeled accurately.
• Put away parts in their correct location from daily shipments.
• Maintain orders from the time of the request, including quoting if applicable, adding orders into CMMS (Maximo), tracking and receiving.
• Support inventory requests for work order corrections.
• Update and maintain daily and weekly inventory reporting and tracking.
• Partner with customers onsite on inventory requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s degree or related experience in parts and maintenance operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, maintenance distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective teamwork and good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to solve problems.

• Walk up and down steep stairs and navigate the automation structure.
• Work at heights of up to 45 feet and in restrictive areas up to 24 inches.
• Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and move items weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Stand or walk for up to 10–12 hours.
• Operate in temperatures ranging from 105° F to 32°
  
  F.
• Wear PPE when required (hard hat, safety vest, steel toes, eyewear, ear protection, fall protection).
• Follow lock out‑tag out safety protocols and fall protection protocols.

Base pay range $28.00 – $30.00, plus medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO and other benefits.
