Freight Handler / Warehouse Associate / Unloader Job Summary

Humano is currently seeking Freight Handlers/Unloaders for their warehouse site in Perris, CA. The position is full‑time on the 1st shift (6am‑3pm), Monday through Friday. The starting pay is $17 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $26 per hour based on productivity. Daily pay is offered along with a $200 employee referral bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Experience in unloading, receiving, loading, forklift operation, and other warehouse duties.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols.
• Good physical condition to handle manual labor tasks.
• All applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify.

• Unload retail items from containers and trucks.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and other equipment as needed.
• Follow specific instructions for handling and storing products.
• Meet productivity targets to maximize earnings.
