Loader/Offloading Associate – Perris, CA
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–12:30 AM

Empire Workforce Solutions is hiring motivated and reliable Loader/Offloading Associates to join our warehouse team in Perris, CA!

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are dependable, and are looking for a stable warehouse position with opportunities to grow.

• Unload trailers safely and efficiently throughout the shift
• Unload floor‑loaded trailers, including individual boxes and merchandise
• Lift, move, and stack products weighing up to 50 lbs
• Frequently bend, lift, pull, and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Stack merchandise onto pallets
• Palletize products and secure loads using shrink wrap
• Operate pallet jacks to move and organize inventory
• Handle fragile merchandise with care
• Maintain productivity standards in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Meet unloading goals of approximately 150 CPH

• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays when required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform continuous lifting and physical labor
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse setting
• Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or material handling experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to perform repetitive loading and unloading tasks
