We are looking for a Warehouse Lead for our Perris, CA facility.
Responsibilities- Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
- Assist with monitoring daily KPIs, quality metrics, employee timecard exceptions and productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
- Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
- Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy.
- Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
- Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
- Other duties as assigned.
- HS Diploma / GED.
- Experience in a Lead role.
- Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
- Prior forklift experience.
Pay Range: $24.32 - $36.44
