What You’ll Do:
- Maintain Comprehensive Project Documentation: You will be responsible for maintaining all project-related documentation, including project plans, budgets, status reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring that everything is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Monitor and Report Project Progress: Support the tracking of project milestones and deliverables, regularly producing reports that detail project progress and highlight any potential risks or delays.
- Coordinate Team Deliverables: Follow up with project team members to secure necessary deliverables, validate task completion, and provide support where needed to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate Resource Management: Assist in resource capacity planning by collecting, managing, and reporting resource data, helping to ensure that the right resources are allocated to the right tasks.
- Organize and Schedule Project
Activities:
Coordinate project-related activities such as scheduling meetings, organizing workshops, and preparing materials, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled efficiently. - Support the PMO with Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support to the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring that all project management tools, templates, and documentation are up-to-date and properly stored.
- Administer Project Management Software: Oversee and update the project management software, ensuring it is configured to meet the needs of the team and that all data is current.
- Prepare Reports and Presentations: Assist in the preparation of detailed project reports and presentations for senior management, providing them with the information needed to make informed decisions.
- Manage Financial Documentation: Execute administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents to ensure that the project’s financial aspects are well-organized and compliant.

- Education & Experience
Required:- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in finance, business or related areas.
- If no degree 5 years relative work experience.
- 3 years’ experience supporting project execution through a centralized PMO or distributed model.
- 2 years’ experience in a professional environment, financial services preferred.
- Project management certification(s) preferred (CompTIA Project+, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PMP)
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in finance, business or related areas.
- Knowledge &
Skills Required:- Experience using project management or other scheduling tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Resourceful with strong trouble-shooting skills.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet and Email.
