Summary and Relationship to the Curriculum:
All classified positions will strengthen the delivery of instruction to support the system mission statement. This position provides assistance to school staff by monitoring students while dining in the cafeteria.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:

Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to facilitate the problem solving process. Ability to synthesize options from given facts and assist in the development of solutions to address concerns.
Skills:
Ability to be a team player, work well with others and receive direction well. Customer service delivery to students, employees, and public must be excellent. Ability to creatively interact with students. Ability to communicate with students, employees, and public courteously.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift. Occasionally, the employee must crouch or kneel. The employee must be able to exert or lift up to 30, with occasional lifting of 50 pounds.
