Position: 1332 - NiaB Lead Installer

Sigma Defense is seeking a qualified NiaB Lead Installer to manage our growing installation team in Perry, GA, USA.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of IP networking and IPSEC tunneling concepts; ability to install small networks independently
  • Ability to troubleshoot local connectivity issues and coordinate with remote network engineering staff
  • Ability to interpret schematics and drawings for installation and troubleshooting
  • Site surveying and Bill of Materials development for customer proposals
  • Conducting status briefings with project managers and stakeholders
  • Use of test equipment such as multimeters, cable testers, network testers, spectrum analyzers
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including short-term OCONUS assignments up to 30 days
    • Education & Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
    • MS Office Suite proficiency
    • DoD 8140 IAT Level II (e.g., CompTIA Sec+) certification
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Active TS/SCI clearance
    • Experience with IP networking and tunneling
    Personnel Clearance
    • Must possess an active, DoD-issued TS/SCI security clearance; sponsorship available for the right candidate

  • Conduct site surveys and prepare reports and installation plans
  • Install routers, servers, switches, and peripherals as per drawings
  • Interconnect devices and verify network connectivity
  • Troubleshoot network issues
  • Communicate effectively with team and clients throughout projects
    • Salary Range

    $80,000 - $115,000 annually
