Use water, chemicals, and scrub pads to clean equipment to USDA/Perdue standards;
Wipe down condensation after cleaning;
Follow Lock out / Tag out procedures and wear required PPE;
Assist in assembling equipment for production startup and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
