Disassemble equipment as necessary to properly clean;
Use water, chemicals and scrub pads to clean equipment to USDA/Perdue standards;
Wipe down condensation after cleaning;
Train in and use Lock out / Tag out procedures;
Wear all necessary safety equipment such as steel-toed boots, bump cap, safety glasses/goggles, rain suits and ear plugs
