Full‑Time, Monday through Friday, 8‑Hour Day Shifts

• Oversee daily medical operations within the facility
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with SHP policies and correctional healthcare standards
• Coordinate care with providers, administration, and custody staff
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and documentation processes
• Respond to clinical issues and ensure quality patient outcomes
• Keep the site organized, compliant, and running smoothly

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and lead a team with confidence
• Adaptability in a correctional healthcare environment
