Provide direct patient care and ongoing nursing assessments

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor patient conditions and respond to healthcare needs

Assist with intake screenings, evaluations, and care planning

Collaborate with providers and fellow nursing staff to deliver quality patient care

Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols

Active Georgia LPN License

Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and make sound nursing decisions

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
