We’re looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Houston County Detention Center in Georgia.

This is a full time night shift position working 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM on a rotating schedule.

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you’ll provide hands‑on nursing care while working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities may include:

• Administering medications and treatments
• Performing nursing assessments and monitoring patient conditions
• Responding to urgent and routine medical needs
• Communicating patient concerns to the appropriate medical providers
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Providing patient education and compassionate care
• Following established policies, procedures, and correctional healthcare standards

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Valid CPR certification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, professional approach to patient care
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate!
