After four successful years of operation, Sandler Nonwoven Corporation in Perry, Georgia is on target to launch its new nonwoven production line in fall of 2020!

Using an advanced technology and a state-of-the-art system of equipment, this new operation will focus mainly on producing nonwovens for wipes applications. The Sandler team is looking forward to achieving this upcoming milestone in Perry!

Responsible for supporting the effective and professional management of all quality functions. Facilitate the efficient production of quality products and services; to meet customer specifications and internal quality initiatives.

• Prepare samples according to specifications for specific tests
• Perform sample analysis; including testing of technical parameters such as basis weight, tensile strength, and elongation
• Complete incoming goods inspections according to quality guidelines
• Release incoming goods that meet quality specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality characteristics, as outlined by customer specifications
• Develop product specifications
• Assist in the handling of complaints using the appropriate QMS documentation
• Evaluate Certificates of Analysis (CoA's) and Statistical Process Control
• Complete work using the Internal Material Data System (IMDS)
• Develop test reports for initial production of new articles
• Perform Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to develop initial sample reports
• Manage Technical Data Sheets
• Create Quality Assurance Agreements
• Manage laboratory cooperation
• Create and explain quality fact sheets
• Qualify new raw materials and supplies
• Carry out validation procedures
• Perform daily inspections for quality throughout the facility
