Perdue Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Cook Temperature Monitor for our Pack Out team in Perry, GA. You will monitor cooked product temperatures, calibrate thermometers, and document results per HACCP and production paperwork.
You will collaborate with supervisors and line leads to flag any products not meeting cook temperature specs while supporting USDA questions, daily audits, SSOP checks, and Frigo Dwell checks.
