Perdue Farms Inc. in Perry, GA is seeking a Cook Temperature Monitor to join our Pack Out team. You will monitor cooked product temperatures, perform thermometer calibration, and document results in HACCP and production records to ensure safety and quality.
Work on the 2nd shift, coordinating with supervisors and line leads to identify products not meeting temperature specs, support USDA inquiries and audits, and uphold SSOPs while maintaining a clean, safe processing environment.
