Overview
Join Retreat Hotels & Resorts as our next Sales Manager. In this role, you'll build client relationships, grow corporate and group business, and help drive hotel revenue.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Grow corporate and group business by identifying opportunities, pursuing leads, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to maximize hotel revenue and occupancy.
- Proven success in B2B sales or hospitality sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel as needed and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $50,000–$52,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 10–20%.
