What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.

* Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, production spaces, and/or administrative offices.

* Screen visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols, maintain required logs and records, and communicate access-related information to site contacts as needed.

* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting unusual activity and/or access control concerns to appropriate personnel.

* Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for security-related issues, open access points, and/or conditions that could impact daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* Loss prevention experience is preferred.

* Access control and badge experience is preferred.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
