Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and document access activity in support of site access protocols;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns;
Assist with screening visitors, deliveries, and/or vehicles entering the location, helping to support orderly access and adherence to site rules
