• You’ve done 3–7 years in public accounting. You know tax returns and now you want to know your clients’ names, their kids, and their businesses.

• We’re looking for a tax professional with 3–7 years of public accounting experience who wants more than compliance work.

• Lead and manage key operations of our tax practice in Perry; serve as a trusted business advisor to clients.
• Deliver a full range of tax services, including preparation/review across filing structures and proactive planning.
• Build client relationships and provide consulting to support profitability and growth.
• Oversee and develop staff; improve processes and implement best practices.

• CPA with 3-7 years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Lacerte experience a plus.

• Four day work week in the off-season.
• Meaningful tax planning and review work.
• Exposure to small business and farming operations.
