Part‑time Temporary Staff Positions - Salary
: $19.00 per hour.
Part‑time temporary specialized clerical support position. Applicants should have excellent public service and phone skills, attention to detail, be comfortable in a fast‑paced setting, and be proficient in computer skills.
Essential Functions- Front desk receptionist duties including general clerical support, answering phones, screening visitors.
- Data entry, proofreading, filing, and copying.
- Prepare and maintain registrations, transfers, and referrals.
- Read and sort mail.
- Organize files and forms.
- Assist with meetings and staff/faculty coverage schedules.
- Process student registrations, maintain confidential records, and prepare paper and electronic documents.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and manage time.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Monday – Friday. Hours are flexible.
