Job SummaryPart‑Time Temporary Specialized Clerical Support to perform front desk receptionist duties including general clerical support, answering phones, screening visitors, data entry, proofreading, filing, and copying.
Essential Functions- Prepare and maintain registrations, transfers, and referrals.
- Read/sort mail.
- Organize files and forms.
- Assist with meetings and staff/faculty coverage schedules.
- Process student registrations, maintain confidential records, and prepare paper and electronic documents.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent public service skills, phone skills, good attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting.
- Customer service experience.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and manage time.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Monday – Friday. Hours are flexible.
