Help real humans with real lives. That means assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), preparing meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and — maybe most importantly — being someone worth talking to. Sometimes the best thing you'll do all day is sit with someone and actually listen.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get it)
• A genuine desire to help people — not just a box to check on an application
