• Annual ED Volume: 4, 200 patients
• Average Daily Volume: ED: 15;
  Inpatient: 1-3
• Critical Access Hospital;
  Level IV trauma center
• Single provider coverage
• EMR: ePowerdoc & CPSI
• Max Shift Length: 24 hours
• 1099 independent contractor

• ATLS, ACLS, & PALS
• Previous EM and Hospitalist experience required
