Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions;
Assist customers by escorting them to products, securing items, loading/unloading heavy items, and passing along suggestions or requests;
Accurately select groceries ordered online, including produce, meat, and other fresh products across temperature zones;
Tend to customer orders through POS and charge credit cards; store orders at proper temperatures and prepare for customer pickup;
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required
