Inside Sales Representative

Purpose: The Inside Sales Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team to ensure successful enrollment is being completed as well as supporting Inside Sales activities.

• Managing mailing for enrollment, including introduction letters, reminder postcards, application packets and posters for facilities.
• Proofreading all correspondence and making adjustments when necessary.
• Enters all financial classifications as it relates to sales.
• Sales support.
• Oversee facility records reviewing process during churn.
• Prepare daily facility lists for Reviewers to complete.
• Supervise and assist Facility Records Reviewers as needed.
• Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
• Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required, college degree or experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.
• Must have a sense of urgency and be dedicated to excellent customer service.
• Previous sales experience helpful.
• Previous administrative/clerical work required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
