Manager – Product Management

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Manager of Product Management to lead product planning, development, and execution across the product lifecycle. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions while aligning product initiatives with business objectives.

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.

• Lead products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements.
• Prioritize features and initiatives to maximize customer value and business impact.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related initiatives and communications.

• Track product performance using KPIs and customer feedback.
• Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future product decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management or product leadership roles.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Product Management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM).
• Agile, Scrum, or project management certifications.

• Salary range: $130,000 – $160,000, based on experience and qualifications.
